TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT OUR PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE. NO REFUND ON SHIPPING CHARGES. NO REFUND ON PERSONALIZED IMPRINTED ITEMS OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
2. ALL CLAIMS FOR SHORT SHIPMENT OR DAMAGED GOODS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE.
3. NO RETURN AFTER 30 DAYS.
4. SHIPPING IS BASED ON TOTAL PRICE AT CHECKOUT AND YOUR LOCATION. Please note: All shipping costs include shipping + customs/border fees.
5. DELIVERY TIME IS BASED ON LOCATION. MOST ORDERS ARE DELIVERED BETWEEN 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS. PERSONALIZED ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO AN ADDITIONAL 5 BUSINESS DAYS.
Minimum Order
A $40.00 minimum order (before shipping) is required before your order will be processed.
International Orders
We welcome International orders. However note that duties, customs and/or brokerage fees may apply to international orders, these fees are the responsibility of the customer. This is an additional fee charged by the courier companies and/or government agencies NOT Chic Boutique Favors. For details of these potential charges, please contact your countries government agency. We cannot be responsible for customs delays. Please note that international order may incur a longer delivery standards time.
Samples & Coupons
We understand that often you need to see the item closer to make a final decision. Samples may be purchased to view prior to making a large order depending on availability. Simply email us your needs and we will try to accommodate your request. Samples are limited to one piece per item where available and regular shipping charges apply.
Delivery Time
Most orders are processed within 7-15 business days from when your order was placed unless otherwise specified in the product. Personalized products may take an additional 5 business days. The product description with delivery time information is an estimate only. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you from our manufacturer, so you may receive your order in multiple shipments. Some items may not be readily available upon placement of your order. If an item is temporarily out of stock and will require additional delivery time, we will notify you immediately. Please remember to alot for delivery time which will vary depending on your selection. We cannot guarantee “date required by” dates when selecting ground service or if lead time is not sufficient for personalized or other special order items.
Shipping Information
It is best to provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package upon arrival. Please order as soon as possible to ensure your order arrives to you in adequate time.
We are not responsible for late delivery of orders due to shipping problems by our couriers, customs, “Acts of God”, war or any other situations out of our control.

Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

Express/Rush orders: Kindly order well in advance of your wedding date to avoid rushed shipping costs. If you require a rush order, please call us at 778.990.2442 or email: parm@chicboutiquefavors.com to discuss special arrangements. Rush orders usually cost an additional $20.00
Chic Boutique Favors is confident that you will be happy with your order. Customer care and satisfaction is important to us, should you not be satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately at parm@chicboutiquefavors.com or call 778.990.2442 within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds must be reported within 7 days of receiving your product and must be pre-approved by Chic Boutique Favors prior to returning. Orders returned that have not been pre-approved may be refused.
Merchandise must be in the original packaging and in original, saleable conditions. Approved returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days of purchase.
Final sale for sale priced items and specially discounted prices. Refunds are only for products, no refunds will be issued for shipping charges, customs or duties incurred will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for personalized items, sample orders, sale or clearance, special orders, items that have been used or items that have been damaged during shipping. Some items are handmade and may vary slightly in color or may have slight imperfections.
Orders that have already been shipped will be treated as a return. Orders for personalized items that have already been sent to the printers cannot be cancelled
Damaged Products
Chic Boutique Favors cannot be responsible of shipping delays or lost parcels due to postal or courier services, custom hold ups or natural disasters. Please be sure to order your products well in advance to avoid delays.
We package our products with care and cannot be responsible for products damaged during transition. If your package arrives to you damaged, please inform the carrier of the damage prior to opening. If your merchandise is damaged, it is important that you save all packaging in order to pursue your claim against it’s carrier.
